Joe and Kevin were great to work with. How responded within minutes of posting the project and I appreciated his transparency. He was able to scheduled one of his guys, Kevin, for later in the afternoon. He was one of time, quick and thorough. We opted to do a treatement for the roaches with bimonthly checks. While we didn't have too, we left for a couple nights and came back to two dead roaches, so we know it works! I hope that's the end of it but if not, I'm sure their product works.
